Eye Centa Care+ operates an optical and dental health centre at Commerce House, Moi Avenue, Nairobi. We are the data controller for information collected at the clinic and on this website.
Data we collect
Identity and contact details, appointment history, clinical records such as refraction results and dental charts, insurance membership details, and order information for eyewear purchases.
Why we process it
To provide clinical care, dispense eyewear, process insurance claims, confirm appointments by SMS or WhatsApp, and meet record-keeping obligations under Kenyan health regulations.
Your rights
Under the Data Protection Act, 2019 you may request access to your records, correction of inaccurate data, deletion where retention is no longer required, and you may lodge a complaint with the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner.
Retention and security
Clinical records are kept for the period required by professional guidelines and stored with restricted staff access. Payment details are handled by our payment providers and are not stored on our servers.
