- While in-clinic collection at Commerce House is 100% free, all courier, shuttle, and rider transportation charges are covered by the customer.
- Depending on the dispatch method: Regional Matatu/Shuttle parcel bookings (e.g., Easy Coach, Guardian, North Rift) and Fargo Courier require parcel clearance paid upfront before dispatch.
- Nairobi local motorbike deliveries allow parcel delivery charges paid directly to the courier upon delivery.

Standard regional shuttle parcels require shipping fees settled before dispatch. The courier parcel fee is added to your checkout total, and we will share your waybill receipt via WhatsApp once booked.

For addresses within Nairobi & surrounding bypasses. Frame & lens prescription costs are paid online, while the rider's delivery fee is paid directly by the customer via M-Pesa upon parcel handover.

Insured door-to-door countrywide delivery. Shipping fee is billed directly at checkout so your package arrives fully cleared for release.
